We are a fast-growing recruitment agency looking for a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will assist in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to building relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and interview candidates across various industries.
- Assist a senior consultant in managing client relationships and recruitment needs.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and ensure smooth candidate placements.
- Support with market research to identify new talent and recruitment trends.
- Help create and post job advertisements on job boards and social media.
- Assist in the administrative side of recruitment, including updating candidate and client records.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive, target-driven attitude with a passion for people and problem-solving.
- A team player who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role is desirable, but not essential.
