One of Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Java Software Development Manager to lead our Software Development team. This role focuses on driving technological innovation, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring top-tier software solutions that align with our strategic objectives. - Lead and mentor a team of Team Leads & Senior Developers
- Oversee software development processes, best practices, and architecture
- Manage project resources , ensuring timely execution and quality assurance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Implement CI/CD processes, security protocols, and performance optimizations
- Stay updated with technology trends and emerging frameworks
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Proven team leadership & people management skills
- Strong background in Java Development, Spring Boot, React, Angular
- Expertise in Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and MySQL
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design, Software Architecture & Unit Testing
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Azure certifications (Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus
- 25 days annual leave + 2-month sabbatical
