We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, sorting and distributing mail, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member
- Sort and distribute mail
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests and clients

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and appearance

Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
