We are recruiting for a position of parts and accessories sales manager.
Position Overview:
Set and maintain strategic direction for the Parts and Accessories unit whilst
taking responsibility and accountability for its performance, operational
efficiency, growth, and reporting. Driving Sales and all related logistics regarding
parts department
Job Description:
Recommend positioning of products in the market, new or improved products
and courses of action
Review business model in terms of route to market and product range
extensions
Secure correct stock to support the sales teams and Workshop
Liaise regularly with DP regarding product mix and volumes
Perform Stock takes
Determine selling prices
Review Cost Management within the retail network, interact and build positive customer
relationships
Resolve end-user / customer issues
Manage and optimise stock and factory orders
Promote product lines appropriately
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Computer literate
Minimum Experience:
5 years cross-functional experience with at least 3 years in Sales and customer
interaction
