REQUIREMENTS:

DUTIES:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Ensure our products and development processes meet the highest standard of quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with our supplier’s production team to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Visit supplier sites and assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, errors and corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports for management.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Train warehouse staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Implementing appropriate Financial Controls to ensure that spend is appropriately managed and cost saving initiatives identified and initiated where appropriate.
- Conduct inspections on products received.
- Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints.
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
