A rapidly growing and dynamic company in Bellville requires the services of a Client Services Administrator who will provide client support services in an accurate and timely fashion to their external and internal clients and to maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction. Job Description Essentials :- Provide a high standard of client service and support
- Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in creating and implementing client-focused strategies to improve service delivery
- Perform general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Excel in report writing and data analysis; excellent knowledge of Excel is essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to handle sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong business writing skills and telephone manner
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- A passion for service delivery and client satisfaction
- Grade 12
- Previous experience in a client services environment in utilities will be an advantage
- Knowledge of customer service principles & practices
- MS office literate
- Full-time, office-based position
- Overtime required as needed to meet client demands.
- Standby required during off-hours or weekends to assist clients with urgent issues or support requests.
