A rapidly growing and dynamic company in Bellville requires the services of a Client Services Administrator who will provide client support services in an accurate and timely fashion to their external and internal clients and to maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction. Job Description Essentials :
  • Provide a high standard of client service and support
  • Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in creating and implementing client-focused strategies to improve service delivery
  • Perform general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Excel in report writing and data analysis; excellent knowledge of Excel is essential
Requirements and Competencies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to handle sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong business writing skills and telephone manner
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • A passion for service delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications / Additional Requirements :
  • Grade 12
  • Previous experience in a client services environment in utilities will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of customer service principles & practices
  • MS office literate
  • Full-time, office-based position
  • Overtime required as needed to meet client demands.
  • Standby required during off-hours or weekends to assist clients with urgent issues or support requests.
