What will I be doing?a) Recruitment & HR Support
Receiving, screening, and evaluating CVs against job specifications.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating follow-ups with respective managers and recruiters.
Setting up, sending, and collecting technical assessments from candidates.
b) Onboarding & Training Support
Sending welcome emails to new joiners and gathering necessary documentation from them to onboard them.
Ensuring new hires sign policy recognition agreements before their start date.
Assisting in the allocation of necessary resources and assets (laptops, office access) for new joiners.
Scheduling all information security training sessions for new employees.
Settling all new joiners into their roles, ensuring they are properly introduced to company policies and teams.
Completing all access card applications, collection, and distribution.
c) Office & Administrative Assistance:
Ordering all groceries and supplies required for the office.
Working with external vendors for office supplies, services, and repairs.
Manage and assist cleaning staff to ensure the office is well kept and clean.
Assisting with asset management to track and maintain office equipment.
Assisting the Compliance and HR Managers in office renovations, office upkeep and equipment acquisition.
Work with the Compliance Manager to improve and maintain office and employee safety.
d) Other Administrative Tasks:
Assisting the Compliance and HR manager with company events and employee engagement activities.
Working and assisting the Compliance Manager with other ad-hoc tasks and projects.
2. Requirements:
Strong Admin and HR skills
Problem-solving skills

Willing to take more responsibility and grow
Likes to work with other people and has a strong EQ
Commerce / HR Degree
PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
Degree in Human Resource, Administration or related.
