The ideal candidate will be a data-driven finance professional with a passion for technology and strong commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.
- Identify and improve key processes using Kaizen methodology .
- Implement process controls to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee B2B, SMB, and Education Finance Deals administration .
- Manage accounting tasks and conduct financial statement analysis .
- Recommend and implement best financial practices .
- Participate in ad-hoc projects supporting strategic financial initiatives.
- CA(SA) with at least 1 year post-articles experience OR Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Financial Sciences with 4-5 years of commercial experience .
- Strong commercial and financial insight .
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in project management and process improvement.
- Excellent negotiation skills .
- Previous credit experience is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
