Are you ready to take the helm as a Finance Manager and drive a manufacturing company's financial success in the Western Cape?
NDC Personnel & Contractors is seeking a Finance Manager to champion the financial robustness and expansion of a manufacturing enterprise! This role requires leadership across all facets of financial accounting. Your contributions will include financial reporting. You’ll also present monthly and quarterly management accounts, streamline the month-end processes, and lead cost-saving initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining adherence to reporting deadlines. Additionally, you’ll oversee capex requirements, asset utilisation, and facilitate annual financial audits and tax calculations. As a leader, you’ll engage with and develop the finance team.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, excellent problem-solving skills, and a drive for results! You should have outstanding communication abilities, high energy and integrity, enhanced by solid analytical skills and experience with financial systems such as Pastel Evolution or Acumatica. Applicants should have a BCom degree, additional postgraduate qualifications, completed articles, and at least 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a finance leadership role.
