Description:
Join an FMCG team as a Sales Coordinator in the Western Cape!
You’ll process purchase orders, issue loading instructions, and coordinate with logistics to ensure accurate order fulfilment. Additionally, you’ll assist sales with data tracking, generate reports, and maintain customer databases. Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, volume updates, and retailer reconciliations will also form part of your responsibilities, as will be supporting the sales admin team and resolve customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
A minimum N6 or higher qualification with 2-3 years’ admin/coordinator experience in the fruit industry is needed for success in this role. Must work well under pressure, have strong communication skills, and be proficient in Excel and ERP systems like QX.
