Who We Are We are a mobile auto electrical business specializing in onsite repairs and diagnostics for all types of vehicles, machinery, and motorcycles, using fully equipped service vehicles with advanced tools. Your Responsibilities - Drive our service vehicle to perform onsite diagnostics and repairs. - Respond to breakdowns 24/7 and conduct repairs after hours. - Diagnose and repair faults in various vehicle systems. - Install and configure electrical components and aftermarket accessories. - Conduct service functions like coding injectors and programming keys. - Manage stock in the service vehicle for efficient operations. - Utilize diagnostic tools to identify electrical issues. - Ensure safety regulations are followed during onsite visits. - Complete job cards and communicate repair details with service advisors. What You Need - 12+ years of experience as an auto electrician. - Strong work ethic and attention to detail. - Proficient in diagnosing issues without just swapping parts. - Solid knowledge of electrical systems and wiring repairs. - Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams. - Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. - Reliable transportation to work daily. What Sets You Apart - Hands-on experience with various vehicles and systems. - Extensive use of oscilloscope diagnostics. - Experience with electric and hybrid vehicles. - Field service experience and a master technician qualification. Qualifications - Valid driving license (code 8+, unendorsed). - Trade test qualification (red seal mechanical/electrical or BSc Eng. Degree). - Clear criminal record. Working Hours
08:00 am - 17:00 pm (Mon - Fri)
08:00 am - 13:00 pm (every second Saturday)
Call outs and after hours (workload dependant)
Remuneration Package
R25000 - R30 000 basic salary per month Call out allowance Afterhours pay per hour Telephone allowance Mibco employer contribution Mibco/other provident fund (50% employer contribution) Coisa (employer contribution) Annual bonus based on company and individual performance
