  • Share in-depth knowledge of local wildlife, flora, and the environment with guests.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all outdoor activities.
  • Oversee guiding team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Maintain all necessary certifications and keep up-to-date with environmental and conservation standards.

Lodge Anchor (Operations/Management):

• • • Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring that guests receive impeccable service.
    • Coordinate lodge staff, manage guest bookings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Collaborate with the Head Guide on guiding-related services and guest activities.
    • Handle guest complaints, special requests, and ensure the lodge is fully stocked and operational.
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety within the lodge.

Requirements:
Head Guide:

• • FGASA Level 2 (NQF 4) qualification or higher.
  • Proven experience in guiding in a luxury safari lodge environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of wildlife, conservation, and the ecosystem.
  • Valid first aid certificate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
