Description:
The Invoicing Clerk is responsible for processing invoices, managing stock orders, and ensuring accurate documentation of transactions. This role involves verifying load confirmations, coordinating courier collections, and resolving invoicing queries. Additionally, the incumbent will manage stationery and stock orders, follow up on COD payments before stock release, and ensure all stock returns and GRV documents are sent to the relevant teams. Qualifications & Experience:- Matric (Required)
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Sage system experience is advantageous
