Description:
About the Role:Senior experienced bookkeeper with UK VAT law knowledge ( necessary requirement), working across two business entities.
Responsibilities:
Bank and credit card reconciliations. Supplier reconciliation. Assisting with month end reconciliation and management accounts preparation. Accounts Receivable reconciliation. Uploading and capturing bills using Approval Max and Dext. Following up with suppliers and internally for required invoices or receipts. Loading of supplier bank payments. Reconciliation of purchase orders and delivery notes.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience. Understanding of UK VAT laws. Knowledge of Xero. Manufacturing experience desirable. Ability to work with all levels of the business. Organized and attention to detail.
