Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Internal/Industry Specific Certifications

Minimum Experience:

Engineering in a mining environment. Minimum 10 years relevant operational experience. Minimum 5 years Management experience in a Mining environment Skills: Contract management and negotiation. Project Management. Automated surveying (matching resources and equipment.) Data Analytics (Excel / Power BI/ etc.) Adaptive mine / site planning.

Key Perfomance Areas:

Project Planning & Initiation. Project Performance Management. Project Execution Management. Stakeholder Relationship Management. New Business Development. Team Leadership
