Company based in Morningside is looking for a payroll administrator with a relevant tertiary qualification and at least 7-10 years payroll experience. The role will also include accounting work, so bookkeeping experience is an advantage. Immediate start preferable. Email your cv including current or previous salary and notice period.Responsibility:
Gather payroll data Payroll calculations for commissions, shift work, overtime, increases, bonuses etc Payroll processing Reconciliation of payroll accounts & cashbooks Preparing and loading all payroll related payments Capturing and submitting EMP201s Generate payroll reports Oversee leave balances Assisting employees with payroll related enquires Attend to Provident, Medical Aid and other 3rd Party submissions. Maintain relationship with brokers Maintaining employee records Maintain and update payroll systems Submission of the EMP501s Submission of Workman’s Compensation Attend to payroll related SARS audits and verifications Attend to payroll related statutory compliance General payroll related filing Employment Equity : Compile data and ensure submissions are done timeously
