Your job function and responsibility as a Sales Executive – Western Cape , includes but is not limited to:
1. THE ROLE
Working under the direct guidance of the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive assists with the development of the potential clients in the South African region.
The role is focused on South African markets within the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Northern Cape regions.
2. KEY AREAS OF DELIVERY
2.1 Support the sales team with product information, quotes, files and presentations, etc.
2.2 Control and revise the order placement, quoting and invoicing processes.
2.3 Liaison with the logistics suppliers, following-up deliveries to our clients and assisting with the after sales processes.
2.4 Be responsible for the day-to-day contact with clients, either by phone or e-mail, following up the operational details of their orders.
2.5 Facilitate the interface between our sales teams and our factories in Brazil.
2.6 Follow up the commercial and marketing activities, collecting feedback from the clients and market in general.
2.7 Keep updated about the market tendencies, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that involve our segments.
2.8 Research about market situation in SA, regarding products, brands, prices and general information related to our segments.
2.9 Identify gaps in the market and suggest actions that could be evaluated by the sales teams, in order to create and/or maintain the Company’s competitiveness.
2.10 Provide solid product information to clients, connecting to the product’s features and the client’s needs.
2.11 Analyze, measure and control the obtained results.
Requirements:
- Sales: 1 to 2 years

3.11 Ability to create and maintain a filing system and document indexing, together with the ability to re-evaluate and improve existing methods and processes;
3.12 Good understanding of the company’s philosophy, culture and values.
4. QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS4.1 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or International Trade; Marketing or studying towards it, or another relevant qualification;
4.2 A good command of the English language (written & verbal); Afrikaans (written & verbal);
4.3 Own reliable vehicle;
4.4 Ability to travel and have a valid passport;
4.5 Must have previous experience in cold-calling and placing orders;
