Job Description:Are you a skilled Technical Draughtsman with a passion for precision and design? Or perhaps a young professional eager to grow in the building industry? Important: Own transport is a must, as there is no public transport in the area.Location: Durbanville, Cape Town Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication around designs and technical details of assigned projects.
• Prepare measurement layouts and preliminary layouts as needed.
• Develop construction drawings for production.
• Design beam and staircase layouts.
• Compile bending schedules and assist with other design needs.
• Order steel for stairs, beams, and other custom items.
• Ensure accurate, efficient, and cost-effective final layouts for casting.
• Obtain written approvals from clients and engineers.
• Ensure approved designs are received on time for production.
• Track installation schedules and communicate potential delays.
• Capture slab designs using FloorCAD and verify layouts.
• Maintain clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
• Some experience or strong interest in the building industry.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments.
• 5 years of relevant experience (training available for promising young candidates).
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work references required.
• Own transport is non-negotiable.
