We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure the highest standards for our natural-based hair care products formulated for Afro, Kinky, and Ethnic hair types. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the cosmetology, cosmetics, or beauty industry, with expertise in quality assurance, product testing, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality control inspections on raw materials, formulations, and finished products to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and compliance with safety standards.
Oversee manufacturing and production processes to maintain high-quality standards for natural hair care formulations.
Perform product stability, microbiological, and efficacy testing to ensure product safety and longevity.
Monitor packaging integrity and labeling compliance to ensure adherence to branding and regulatory requirements.
Manage customer feedback and complaints related to product quality, investigating and resolving issues efficiently.
Keep up to date with cosmetic industry trends, natural ingredient research, and Afro-textured hair care advancements.
Requirements:
Requirements:At least High School Graduate, College/University Degree (Preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related course)
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a quality assurance role in the beauty / cosmetology
Proven work experience as a Quality Control Manager or similar role.
Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
Experience with relevant software, such as MS Office and data analysis software.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills to examine test results and spot irregularities or trends in data.
Technical knowledge of quality control processes and standards in the specific industry.
Exceptional attention to detail to identify defects in products and recommend improvements.
Leadership and management skills to direct the activities of the quality control team and ensure they meet their objectives.
Interpersonal skills to work effectively with various departments, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Strong problem-solving abilities to find solutions to issues that affect product quality.
