Description:
Company based in Edenvale.
This role will provide direct support to sales representatives, assist with customer development, and ensure the accurate capturing of orders, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently capture purchase orders according to customer specifications.
Send and receive order confirmations and create pro-forma invoices.
Handle inquiries from customers and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain organized filing and administrative systems.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Skills and requirements:
Grade 12(Matric)
Computer literacy is a must in Word, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
Establish relationships internally with all departments that support sales.
Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain excellent customer relationships
