- Uphold high guiding standards, conservation practices, and FGASA compliance.

- Assist with hosting, guest relations, and activity coordination.
- Oversee front-of-house responsibilities, including check-ins and guest engagement.

Requirements
- Head Guide: FGASA Level 2+ (or equivalent), Lead Trails Guide preferred.
- Professional Certifications: Valid First Aid, PDP License, ARH, DEAT/THETA registered.

- Minimum three to five years of experience in a luxury lodge setting.
