Location: Rosebank and Lephalale (One week Rosebank, One week on site in Lephalale)
Job Type: 9 monthContract, Full-Time hours

Job Duties:
- Develop and implement project control systems to monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Coordinate with project managers to forecast project costs and timelines
- Analyse project data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including risks and opportunities
- Identify and address project control issues to prevent delays or cost overruns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Built Environment or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience as a project controls manager within the mining industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of project management principles
- Ability to interpret and analyse project data
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
- Proven experience in project controls within the mining industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software
