Our client is looking for a Reservations Manager for their prestigious 5/4 star game lodge group. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the reservation operations, ensuring smooth booking processes, and maintaining high occupancy rates while delivering exceptional service to guests. The role includes managing a reservations team, optimizing booking efficiency, and ensuring the lodges meet operational and service standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reservations and team management within the hospitality or tourism industry. Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the reservations team.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all bookings.
- Oversee the preparation and management of reservation reports.
- Liaise with clients and third-party agents to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage room inventory and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications:

- Relevant Tourism qualification.
- Proven in-depth knowledge of Excel.

- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or tourism industry, preferably in reservations/team management.
- Strong business administration experience.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
- Self-managed and proactive, with minimal supervision.
