In this role will involve close collaboration with both finance and operations teams to ensure financial discipline, accuracy, and transparency across all product lines. You will be responsible for financial reporting, process optimization, and providing operational insights to support strategic decision-making.
Duties include (not limited to)
- Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial performance and optimize product costs
- Manage product costing, inventory, and financial planning to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare monthly financial reports
- Drive budgeting and forecasting for operational costs and profitability
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance and operations
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and control
Education:
- Completed BCom degree in a related field
- CIMA qualification beneficial
- 5+ year experience within a similar role
- Managerial experience required
- Product based environment experience beneficial
