An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly skilled Business Process and SAP Support Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for SAP user support, business process optimization, data management, and financial impact analysis while ensuring SAP system compliance across multiple regions.The successful candidate will support SAP users with transactions, troubleshoot and escalate queries, and collaborate on issue resolution. They will optimize business processes, create training materials, and conduct on-the-job training. Additionally, they will manage master data, analyze costing runs, ensure data accuracy, and oversee SAP compliance and user authorizations across multiple regions.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in SAP support
Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, QM, SD)
Project management experience is advantageous
Proficiency in Excel and general IT literacy
Ability to analyze financial implications of master data
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently
Qualification:
Relevant degree or qualification in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
