CTC R9000, COMM plus/minus R9000 a month. To ensure the timely and effective supply of spare parts to clients while maintaining excellent customer service and operational efficiency. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Proficiency in managing stock and processing orders. • Ability to produce and maintain accurate reports.Responsibility:
1. Customer Interaction: o Prepare quotations and provide prompt feedback to clients. o Address and resolve client queries while maintaining continuous communication and feedback loops. 2. Order Processing: o Process all spares sales orders up to the invoicing stage. o Ensure all client orders are dispatched on time, meeting client-specific requirements. o Verify and prevent COD payments from being processed without confirmation of payment. 3. Back Order Management: o Conduct weekly maintenance of back orders and ensure timely release and dispatch of spares as requested. 4. Stock Control: o Monitor and manage stock levels, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management immediately. o Review deliveries against orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment. o Track the status of orders to confirm on-time delivery. 5. Reporting: o Generate, maintain, and share regular reports on order statuses, backlogs, and stock levels with relevant stakeholders.
