- Manage booking confirmations, deposits, and payment processes.

- Maintain up-to-date records of availability, rates, and special promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
- Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
- Assist in compiling reports on occupancy, revenue, and booking trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality reservations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, ResRequest, Semper, or similar).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and email management.
- Knowledge of luxury lodge operations and high-end guest expectations is an advantage.
