Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all reservation inquiries via email, phone, and online booking platforms.
  • Manage booking confirmations, deposits, and payment processes.
  • Coordinate with lodge management, front-of-house teams, and travel agents to ensure accurate guest details and preferences.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of availability, rates, and special promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
  • Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
  • Assist in compiling reports on occupancy, revenue, and booking trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality reservations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, ResRequest, Semper, or similar).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and email management.
  • Knowledge of luxury lodge operations and high-end guest expectations is an advantage.
