Hire Resolve's Client are looking for a driven and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to expand business opportunities within the commercial solar sector. The role requires identifying potential clients, fostering strong relationships, and delivering tailored solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent consultative sales skills, industry expertise, and a commitment to renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads:

  • Identify and target businesses interested in solar energy solutions.

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitive activities.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.

Consultative Sales:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess energy needs and offer customized solar solutions.

  • Conduct on-site evaluations to gather necessary data for proposal development.

  • Clearly articulate the advantages of solar energy and address client concerns.

Proposal Development:

  • Create detailed and competitive proposals based on client requirements.

  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure accurate project specifications.

  • Present proposals to clients and handle any inquiries or objections.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules.

  • Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure compliance with company standards.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial sales, particularly in the solar or renewable energy sector.

  • Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.

  • Valid driver’s license.
