Develop & Execute Digital Education Strategy
Craft and implement a data-driven digital learning strategy aligned with AI, predictive analytics, and adaptive learning models
Work closely with faculty, IT, and academic leaders to ensure seamless integration of AI-powered EdTech solutions
Conduct technology needs assessments and recommend AI-driven innovations for teaching & learning excellence
Leverage Data & AI to Improve Student Success
Utilize predictive analytics, machine learning models, and performance dashboards (Power BI, Google Analytics) to track student engagement
Develop a personalized learning support model to enhance retention and academic success
Integrate adaptive learning technologies to create student-centered education pathways
Train & Support Faculty on Emerging EdTech
Lead workshops on AI in education, LMS optimization, and digital assessment tools
Oversee the selection, testing, and deployment of AI-enhanced learning platforms and assistive tech for inclusivity
Provide guidance on compliance, data privacy laws, and accessibility standards in digital learning
Manage & Optimize Learning Systems
Ensure seamless integration and management of LMS platforms and other digital learning tools
Collaborate with curriculum designers & instructional technologists to develop AI-powered digital learning materials.
Oversee the implementation of assistive technology to promote inclusive education
Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams
Manage and mentor a team of educational technologists, data analysts, and video production specialists
Align digital education initiatives with institutional goals and ensure faculty adoption of AI-driven solutions
Requirements Non-Negotiable:
Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Data Science, or related field
4 or more years in higher education, teaching, or academic management
2 or more years of experience integrating AI, predictive analytics, and digital learning platforms
Strong expertise in LMS platforms, AI-powered EdTech tools, and assistive technology
Proficiency in Power BI, Google Analytics, and other data visualization tools
Deep knowledge of compliance, accessibility laws, and AI-driven learning policies
