Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores
• Actively search for new locations for store expansion and drive the shopfitting process.
• Manage sales, inventory, and stock control across all locations.
• Ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with top management and staff to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Implement and monitor strategies for increasing revenue and profitability.
• Drive product creation and strategic business growth initiatives.
• Train and manage store staff, ensuring productivity and motivation.
• Utilize retail management software to track and manage store performance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Develop and execute promotions and marketing strategies for store sales growth.

• Meat Processing Experience: 5 to 6 years
