RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced AUDIO-VISUAL SITE MANAGER (6 MONTHS CONTRACT) for a large concern, position based in Mbombela, Mpumalanga.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Relevant qualification/s.
Valid Code 08 drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
Competent computer literacy (MS Office, Email / Internet).
+4yrs experience working in similar position.
Oversee and coordinate AV installations, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to project timelines.
Manage and supervise three on-site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
Must have hands-on experience with Extron, Barco, Espo, AVProEdge, Aver, and Clevertouch equipment and installations.
Act as the liaison between builders, contractors, and the AV team, ensuring smooth collaboration and project execution.
Develop and implement work schedules, ensuring that all AV installations meet deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain detailed reports on project progress, team performance, and site activities.
Identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges to ensure successful project delivery.
