  • Lead the charge: Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, for a variety of exciting civil and bridge projects.
  • Bridge the gaps: Effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, government agencies, and the community. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key.
  • Navigate the complexities: Tackle intricate project challenges with strategic thinking, problem-solving prowess, and a proactive approach. We're looking for someone who can anticipate potential roadblocks and develop effective solutions.
  • Engineer success: Ensure projects adhere to the highest quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Your commitment to excellence will be paramount.
  • Deliver the goods: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Your organizational skills will be put to the test!

What you'll bring:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional registration (e.g., Pr Eng & PMP certification) is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in project management, specifically within the civil and bridge construction industry.
  • Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • A passion for building and a commitment to excellence.
