Description:
Night Manager - Live in Our client based in the heart of George, Western Cape is on a recruitment drive to find a dedicated, mature Night Manager Duties include but are not limited to:- Oversee Operations : Supervise all hotel departments to ensure that everything runs smoothly during the night.
- Guest Services : Handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints that arise during the night.
- Security : Monitor and maintain hotel security, including surveillance and patrols, to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Coordination with Housekeeping : Ensure that rooms are cleaned and prepared for guests arriving the next day.
- Emergency Handling : Manage any emergencies or incidents that occur during the night and communicate them to the appropriate departments.
- Inventory Management : Review and manage inventory to ensure supplies are fully stocked for the next day.
- Reporting : Prepare and report on nightly activities, including guest expenses, incidents, and occupancy rates.
- Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans.
- Fully computer literacy
- Understanding of the Hospitality industry with previous experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Must have OWN Vehicle
