Job Description:
Due to our continued growth and success, we are now recruiting a New Client Consultant. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients who have been identified as viable leads by our Lead Generation team. Your role is to engage with these prospects, understand their financial needs, and clearly explain how our services in pensions, investments, and retirement planning can support their goals. If a client is a good fit for our services, you will guide them through the initial process, securing signed Letters of Authority (LOAs) to allow our financial specialists to conduct a detailed analysis of their financial status.

The ideal candidate will have a client-first mindset and a fantastic phone manner.

Client-Centric Engagement: Build trust and strong relationships with potential clients through friendly, professional, and empathetic communication.
Educating Clients: Clearly explain the benefits of our pension, investment, and retirement planning services, ensuring that clients feel informed and confident about their options.
Rapport Building: Use excellent interpersonal skills to create a positive and supportive experience for clients, making them feel valued and understood.
Sales and Persuasion: Adopt a sales-driven mindset to confidently present our services, address client concerns, and overcome objections in a professional and reassuring manner.
Qualifying Leads: Listen attentively to client needs and assess their suitability for our services while demonstrating genuine care and interest in their financial well-being.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Lead Generation and Financial Adviser teams to provide a smooth and professional transition from initial contact to financial analysis.
Commitment to Excellence: Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring every client interaction is positive, professional, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Administrative Support & Case Notes: Maintain accurate and detailed case notes after each call. Document key details in the CRM system to provide clear, structured information.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in client experience or operational excellence.
Proven experience in client experience, customer service, account management, or a related role.
Strong sales experience, including the ability to convert leads into engaged clients and handle objections effectively.
Experience in managing client journeys and implementing client-focused strategies.
Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams.

Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and improve client satisfaction.
Strong leadership and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis software.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
