Description:
Data Management:Consolidate, organise, and maintain data from various sources (cloud services, Excel, etc.)
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices and quality checks
Be able to set up ways for people to report data in a way appropriate for Power BI reports
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Translate complex data sets into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
Understand and adapt to business/commercial goals and prepare reporting with this in mind.
Monitor report performance and optimize for improved efficiency.
Power Apps Development & Maintenance:
Design, build, and deploy Power Apps to automate and enhance internal processes
Collaborate with internal teams to identify needs and translate them into functional app solutions
Troubleshoot and update existing Power Apps as required
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
Work closely with colleagues across departments to fulfill their data needs
Train end-users on report usage and Power Apps functionality
Provide ongoing support and develop documentation for data processes and apps
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience (preferred not required)• Previous experience in data analysis, reporting or a related field.
• Experience with data tools such as Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Power BI.
• Familiarity with data visualisation and reporting best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
