About the Role:
As Store Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, leading a small, close-knit team in an environment that thrives on elegance, style, and customer service. Your focus will be on fostering a seamless store experience, driving sales, and ensuring the store is visually engaging and stocked with the latest trends in home décor and gifting.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a small team of two employees, setting clear goals and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Customer Engagement: Create an outstanding shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.

Product Expertise: Stay ahead of trends in gifting and décor, educating both staff and customers to ensure top-notch product knowledge.

Visual Merchandising: Curate captivating in-store displays that highlight our premium products and create an inviting shopping atmosphere.

Sales & Inventory: Drive sales, meet targets, and manage inventory to ensure the store is always stocked and operations are efficient.

Customer-Focused: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in all situations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, experience with POS systems and retail management software.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
