RequirementsA relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications are advantageous). At least 10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in agriculture or food production. Proven track record in process optimization and leading high-performance teams. Expertise in international agricultural markets, forex mechanisms, and hedging. Strong problem-solving capabilities paired with strategic thinking. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Market Insight: In-depth knowledge of pecan nut markets and dynamics.
