fast-moving consumer goods sector , is searching for a highly operational CFO to oversee all financial, operational, and strategic initiatives at plant level . This role requires a leader with the ability to optimize financial processes, manage cost efficiencies, and drive sustainable profitability while collaborating with key stakeholders, including the EXCO, MANCO, and board of directors .

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • CA(SA) and ACMA, CGMA qualification is essential
  • Extensive experience in the FMCG industry at a senior financial level
  • Strong operational finance background with hands-on involvement in plant finance
  • Proven ability to lead and develop large teams (20+ individuals)
  • Expertise in EXCO, MANCO, and board reporting and engagement
  • In-depth knowledge of cost management, working capital optimization, and financial strategy
