• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support sustainable business growth.
• Cash Flow & Risk Management: Oversee cash flow, working capital, and risk management to maintain financial stability and operational efficiency.
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to IFRS, tax regulations, and company policies while managing audits and financial reporting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior management, auditors, and financial institutions to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports to support informed decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• BCom Accounting (Honours advantageous).
• 5+ years of financial management experience, preferably within the engineering or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial best practices.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive financial performance.
