Job Description
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximising revenue across the entire portfolio within the group by developing strategies, setting rates, and managing inventory. The primary focus will be optimising financial performance through strategic pricing, forecasting, and ensuring that the companys revenue-generating activities are running at their most profitable level.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue across various properties within the reserve
- Analyse market trends, demand forecasts, and competitor pricing to adjust pricing strategies accordingly working closely with the res insight team
Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare and analyse revenue forecasts and budgets to guide decision-making.
- Track performance against revenue goals and report regularly to senior management.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Use the pace report to monitor revenue performance and identify areas for concern.
- Create reports and presentations to explain revenue trends, pricing decisions, and forecast adjustments.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment in revenue strategies.
- Partner with finance teams to ensure proper budgeting and reporting processes.
Customer Insights:
- Analyse customer behaviour and preferences to adjust pricing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments to optimize both revenue and customer experience.
Market Research:
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Use external data to adjust
