Requirements:Knowledge of the notarial / conveyancing processes. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with corporate clients. Proactive and responsible when handling files. Understanding of Court Processes. Knowledge of billing and legal suite. Strong administration skills. Ability to work under pressure. Willingness to learn. Must be flexible.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
Typing of various documents such as affidavits, heads of argument, letters, opinions. General office administration and management of the practice.
