We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive sales of our water tank products. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, strong cold calling skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Prepare and present accurate sales quotations and proposals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential repeat business. Business Development: Conduct cold calls and generate leads through various channels. Identify and target key decision-makers in target industries. Research and analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts. Manage and update customer databases. Driving: Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects. Maintain the company vehicle in a safe and clean condition.Qualifications and Skills:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the water tank or related industry. Strong cold calling and lead generation skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid Code 8 driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to learn and retain detailed product information.Benefits:
