Our client in Durbanville serves a niche residential property market and requires an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute and deliver projects on time and within budget. Projects range from renovations to new developments and special requests. If you are highly motivated and able to manage a high-pressure environment, your contribution will add value. REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Apple Mac proficient and Google Suite experience essential
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
DUTIES
- Develop project proposals and budgets.
- Create detailed project plans and timelines.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors.
- Track project progress, budgets and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and retain regular communication
- Close out projects with final documentation and analysis.
