          • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
          • Typically 3-5 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
          • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Excel (advanced functions).
          • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
          • Ability to analyse financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
          • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and reconciliation.
          • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and mentor a team, providing clear guidance and feedback.
          • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
        • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
