The Life Coach will provide specialised coaching services to support and empower members and their dependents, assisting them in reaching their personal and professional goals. The role involves assessing individual coaching needs and offering tailored guidance in life coaching, leadership, parent coaching, and career development. Required Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Strong data entry and typing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) field or familiarity with the industry.
- NLP Life Coaching or equivalent qualification.
- Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in call centre telephony and technology.
- Knowledge of administration skills and processes.
