Description:
The Waiter is responsible food and beverages in the Restaurant, Room Service and, if required, Function areas in a friendly, fast and efficient manner. The position is primarily concerned with two main functional activities: front of house and stock.
Minimum Requirements:
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, while providing excellent customer service. You will create a welcoming environment for our guests and contribute to an enjoyable and memorable experience at our bar.• *Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Take beverage orders from guests and servers, and process them in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment, utensils, and glassware.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
- Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts to guests.
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the menu.
- Collaborate with the bar and restaurant team to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking the bar and cleaning.
