Description:

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team, responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating vehicle service requests, and ensuring efficient workflow within the workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of automotive services. Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric certificate.
  • Relevant qualification/training as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
  • Valid Code 8 driver’s license.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong administrative and follow-up skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues.
  • Excellent documentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Solid understanding of automotive technology and industry practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Evolve.
  • Ability to manage 20-25 job cards daily and maintain a maximum of 25 open WIP job cards.
