This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and confident candidate to take on a challenging role as a Human Capital Business Partner with the potential to succeed the Senior HC Business Partner upon their retirement in 3 years. The ideal candidate should possess a strong ability to manage conflict while maintaining kindness and courtesy in interactions. The role requires travelling, both locally and to neighbouring countries. Minimum Requirements:- Matric with a B. Degree in Human Capital, HR, or related field of study.
- 5+ years of experience as a Personnel/HR Officer, including handling unions, retrenchments, and disciplinary matters up to CCMA level.
- Experience with the Bargaining Council for the Metal Industries (MEIBC) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- Proactive, results-driven, organised, with strong attention to detail.
- High level of ownership, confidentiality, and commitment to people and business.
- Willingness to travel by air and own car (10-12 nights per annum, could increase).
- Must be eager to develop and possibly pursue further education in Labour Law.
