Description:

  • Stock Count, Stock Control, Ordering of Stock
  • Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services within a hotel, restaurant, or event venue.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality, and hygiene standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, including cost control and inventory management.
  • Plan menus and ensure they meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality service.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote food and beverage services.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure proper liquor control, including compliance with licensing laws.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Budgeting and financial management experience.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Proficient in Semper system
