Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
• Receiving and dispatch of product
• Drawing of samples
• Wine adjustments
• Blending activities
• Operation of machinery in cellar environment, ie Sheet filter, Crossflow, Centrifuge, Lenticular filter, Verlcorin units.
• Stocktaking
• Housekeeping
• Other ad-hoc duties
